Pearl Polymers Ltd

We are located in Bangalore, specifically over in R R Nagar at the BEML Layout. It’s a bit of a trek to get to 5th Stage, 1st Phase, but that’s where our building sits on 6th Cross. The factory side of Pearl Polymers Ltd is usually humming with the sound of the machines running all day. We deal with plastic materials and polymer stuff, so there is always that specific smell of manufacturing in the air. The office part is just a few rooms where we handle the orders and the shipping logs. It’s not a shiny corporate office; it’s more of a place where people wear boots and work clothes. We have a lot of trucks coming in and out of the layout, which sometimes makes the neighbors a bit annoyed about the noise. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We spend our days checking the quality of the batches and making sure the inventory count is right. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Bangalore. We don’t have a big sign or a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk covered in manifests and delivery notes. It is a lot of hard work and keeping the machines maintained so we don't fall behind. It is a practical business.
