Our company, Pearl Insulations Pvt Ltd, is located in the Peenya Industrial Area at units 505 and 507. Being in an industrial zone like this means it's always busy and there's a lot of noise from all the other factories around us. We’ve been working out of this space for quite some time now. Our focus is on insulation, which isn't the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. The warehouse gets pretty warm in the summer, but that’s just how it is in Peenya. We have our machines and our materials stacked up in 505 and 507. It's a lot of manual work and we stay pretty tired by the end of the shift. We don't have a fancy front office with coffee machines or anything like that. It's mostly just a workspace where we get the orders ready. We deal with other businesses mostly, so we don't get a lot of random foot traffic. People who know the Peenya Industrial Area know it can be a maze, but we’ve stayed in the same spot long enough that our regulars find us just fine. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the insulation is handled right. There are no big speeches about what we do. We just show up, do the work, and go home.
