We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about our values. Instead, we just focus on the tasks at hand. The 4th floor gives us a bit of distance from the street level chaos, which is nice. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there’s a comfortable vibe in the room. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of our time staring at screens. It’s practical work. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we have to move furniture around to make space for more equipment. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation.
