We have been at 21 Kaveri House for a while now. It is tucked away in N R Layout, right off Wind Tunnel Road here in Bangalore. Most days the traffic on the main road is pretty loud, but inside the building, it stays mostly quiet so we can get through our tasks. It is not a huge place, just a regular office setup where a few of us sit and handle the daily workload. You might miss the turn if you are looking for us for the first time because the layout can be a bit confusing with all the similar-looking houses nearby. There is a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go when we need a break. The weather in Murugeshpalaya is usually okay, though the dust from the road construction nearby gets in sometimes. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It is not flashy at all. The stairs in Kaveri House are a bit narrow, so carrying big boxes up is always a bit of a struggle. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the place, like how the light flickers in the hallway sometimes or how the front door sticks when it rains. It is just a normal spot in a busy part of town where we spend most of our daylight hours. Nothing more to it than that. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the 560 017 zip code.
