We are located over at NS Palya, Lane No 10, house number 55. It’s a regular house that we converted into an office space for our engineering work. You wouldn't think it's a company from the outside, but once you step in, you'll see drafting tables and stacks of rolled-up blueprints everywhere. We spend most of our time arguing over measurements or looking at site photos on our laptops. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons because the sun hits the front windows directly, so we usually have the curtains drawn. We aren't the type to have a fancy lobby or a person waiting to greet you. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us hunched over a desk with a pencil behind our ear. There’s always a pot of coffee going, though it usually tastes a bit burnt by midday. We do a lot of work for local projects, so we’re often out in the field getting our boots muddy before coming back here to write reports. The lane is pretty quiet except for the occasional delivery bike or a neighbor’s dog barking. We’ve been in this spot for several years and the walls are covered with old calendars and maps of the city. We don't really do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us because they know someone we worked for. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough without the extra stress of being corporate.
