I work out of the Workafella Business Center, which is at 150, No. 1 on Infantry Road. It’s one of those shared office spaces, so there are always other people around doing their own thing. It's a good spot because it’s right on Infantry Road, so it's easy to tell people where to go. As a business coach, I don’t need a huge warehouse or a storefront. Just a desk, a couple of chairs, and a place to talk. The center has all the basics like internet and coffee, which makes it easier for me to focus on my clients. Pankaj Chouhan Business Coach is basically just me and the people I help. I don’t have a big team or a fancy logo on a skyscraper. It’s a very direct way of working. I like the atmosphere at Workafella because it’s professional but not stuffy. You see all sorts of businesses starting up or growing in here. It keeps you on your toes. I’ve been using this space for a while now. It’s practical. I don’t have to worry about the building maintenance or anything like that. I just show up and meet with people. Some days are long, some are short. That's how it goes when you're running your own thing. If you are coming over, the building is pretty easy to spot on the main road. It's a solid place to get some serious work done without any extra fluff or drama.
