Our place, Palace Flavors Pvt. Ltd., is at No- 5 on the 100 Fit Road, specifically the Horamavu Main Road in Banaswadi. We are right near Mehram Restaurant, which is a popular spot for lunch. Our building is a bit older, and we’ve been here since the area started getting more built up. We work with different flavors and ingredients, so the air inside usually smells like something interesting. It’s not a large operation. We have a few rooms where we store everything and a small space for mixing and packing. It’s mostly us and a couple of helpers who have been with us for years. The road outside is always packed with traffic, especially in the evenings. We don't have a big storefront with windows; it’s more of a functional workspace. We spend our days measuring out ingredients and making sure the containers are sealed up tight. It’s precise work but we do it manually for the most part. We don’t have a polished corporate image. We are just people who know a lot about how things should taste. Sometimes customers drop by to pick up small orders, and we chat for a bit before they head back out into the traffic. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be fancy, just keeping the shelves filled and the orders moving out the door. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
