Our office is on the 3rd floor of Sachin Towers, which is at number 270 on Albert Victor Road. We are right in the Chamarajpet area, specifically on 1st Main Road. Being on the third floor means we have to deal with the stairs or the lift every time a delivery comes in, which can be a bit of a hassle during the busy hours. The building is pretty standard for this part of town. Inside, it is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of samples of our food products lying around. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and checking on orders. Chamarajpet is an old part of the city and it has a very specific feel to it that we have grown used to over the years. We are not a giant corporation with thousands of employees; we are just a group of people working together to keep the business running. Sometimes the office gets a little loud when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. If you come up to the 3rd floor, you will just see us working. We focus on the food stuff we handle and making sure everything is okay before anything leaves. It is a lot of routine work, checking dates and labels, but it is what we know how to do.
