Our place is in Nagarbhavi at 184. It’s a quiet enough area which suits the kind of work we do. Being in the biotech field sounds very complicated, but for us, it’s mostly about precision and following the right steps every single time. We have a small lab setup and some office space. Most of the team has been here for years, so we all know the routine pretty well. We spend a lot of time looking at samples or checking data on the screens. It’s not the kind of job where things change every hour. It requires a lot of patience. Sometimes experiments don't go the way we expect, and we have to start over. That’s just part of the process and you get used to it after a while. We don't really have a sales team that goes out and knocks on doors. Most of our work comes from long-standing connections or word of mouth in the industry. We try to keep the workplace organized, though the desks always seem to end up covered in papers, sticky notes, and folders. It’s a humble setup, nothing like those giant corporate labs you see in movies with all the glass walls. We just focus on getting the results right. If someone calls with a question, they usually get to talk directly to one of the technicians who is actually doing the work. We like keeping it that way because it keeps things clear and honest between us and our clients.
