P Jayaram Pai

I’m P Jayaram Pai and I’ve been based here at 3 Banashankari 3rd Stage for quite a while. This neighborhood is home to me, and the office is just an extension of that. It's a simple setup in a residential area, so it’s fairly calm most of the time. I have a few desks set up and some shelves full of folders that go back years. Most of my day is spent on the phone or going through documents. I don't have a big team, just a couple of people who help out with the day-to-day things. We keep a regular schedule, starting around nine and finishing when the work is done. The building is nothing fancy, just a standard place where we can get things sorted. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. I’ve lived in Banashankari long enough to know most of the people on this street. The furniture in the office is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff I’ve collected over the years. It’s a practical workspace without any frills. I prefer it that way because it feels more honest. If you're looking for me, I'm usually at the back desk near the window. We don't do much advertising; people usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking past. It’s a steady way to work and keeps me busy enough throughout the week. I usually close up early on Saturdays to spend time with the family.
