Oysters Real Assets

Over in Bangalore, our office for Oysters Real Assets is on 3 6th Main Palace Guttahalli. This is an older part of the city, so the streets are a bit narrow and the buildings have a lot of character. We are on the third floor, and the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to it. The office is full of maps, property documents, and old files that we have kept over the years. Real estate work in Bangalore means dealing with a lot of paperwork and talking to a lot of different people. It is not always easy, especially with the way the city is growing so fast. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who come by to talk about their assets. The furniture is nothing special, just sturdy tables and chairs that can hold the weight of all those folders. We usually have the windows open to catch a breeze, though that also lets in the sound of the traffic from the main road. It is a busy environment but we try to keep a calm head about everything. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and have seen many changes around Palace Guttahalli. We just keep doing our thing, managing the assets and helping out the people who walk through our door. It is a regular job and we like the people we work with.
