We are located in a place called Martalli, which is out in the Kollegal area of Ch Nagar district in Karnataka. Specifically, we are in Anthoni Samy Mannadan Kadu Sandanapalayam. It is quite a rural setting compared to the big city offices most people think of when they hear about technology companies. Being out here means things move at a much different speed. We don't have to deal with the massive traffic jams of Bangalore, but we do have our own challenges like making sure we have a steady power supply and good internet. The office is simple and functional, built to suit the needs of the local area. Most of the people working here are from the surrounding villages, so there is a real sense of community. We spend our days working on various technical tasks and trying to keep things organized. It’s a lot of manual work and checking things over and over. Sometimes the bus is late or the rain makes the roads a bit difficult to travel on, but we always manage to get here and get started. We don't have any of the fancy perks you see in the movies. It’s just a room with some equipment and people who know how to use it. We take pride in just doing the job right without making a big fuss about it. It’s quiet out here, which helps us focus on what we’re doing.
