Osm Visions is tucked away at 1568 on 10th Cross in the 1st Stage of Kumaraswamy Layout. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here because of the hills in the area, but the air feels a little fresher than in the city center. The office is a straightforward setup in a building that’s been around for a while. We aren't fancy people. We have our desks set up near the windows to get some natural light, and that’s about it for the interior design. The 10th Cross is a relatively quiet street, though you still get the occasional vegetable seller or delivery bike passing by. We spend our days mostly working through projects and talking to each other about how to fix whatever issue popped up that morning. It’s a very small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just sit down and get to it. Sometimes we take a break and walk down the street to get some chai. It’s a nice break from the screens. We’ve been in Kumaraswamy Layout for some time now and we like the pace of it. It’s not as frantic as the main tech hubs, which suits us just fine. We just want to do good work and keep the business moving along without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes. We stay focused on the tasks at hand.
