Orion Placements

Orion Placements is based in Kasturinagar, which is over on the east side of Bangalore, near the old Ngef area. If you’ve ever lived in Bangalore, you know that this part of town has its own specific rhythm. We spend our days here talking to people about jobs and trying to figure out where they might fit. The office is a simple place with a few desks and a lot of paperwork piled up. It gets pretty busy during the middle of the week when more people are looking for updates. We aren't trying to be some big fancy recruitment firm with a glass building. We just have a small space where we can sit down and talk to people properly. The walk from the main road isn't too bad, though the construction nearby makes it a bit dusty lately. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we know the local area well. We drink a lot of coffee to stay alert because the afternoons can get a bit slow when the sun is hitting the windows. We don't use any complicated systems, just our phones and computers to keep track of everything. It's a straightforward operation where we just try to be helpful to the people who walk in looking for a new start. We aren't big on formalities here.
