Orange Fast Food

Orange Fast Food is a small place at Devasandra 25. We have a small kitchen with a big stove and a fryer that stays on most of the day. It is a bit cramped inside, so most of our customers just stand at the counters or take their food to go. We make things like noodles, fried rice, and some snacks that are easy to eat quickly. The smell of oil and spices is always there. We have been in Devasandra for a while now. It is a working-class neighborhood, so people want something fast and hot. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls. It is mostly just the menu and some calendars. We get a lot of students and people working nearby who just want a lunch break. The pans are always clanking as we cook. Sometimes the orders get mixed up when it is busy, but we fix it fast. We buy our vegetables from the market nearby every morning. The counter is stainless steel and we wipe it down whenever there is a quiet moment. It is just a simple food stall. We do not try to be anything else. We just cook the food, take the money, and keep the line moving. It gets hot in the afternoons but the fan helps a little. We like being the spot where people grab a quick bite before they head back to work or school.
