Our office is located at 147 A 5Th Main in the 4Th Block of Rajajinagar. We are on the 3rd floor, and the space is handled through Mr. Subramaniasivam. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, and Rajajinagar has that old-school charm that you don't find in the newer parts of the city. We have Amit Kumar Jhabak here leading things on the ground. At Oracle India Pvt Ltd, we don't really bother with corporate polish or expensive furniture. We have the basics that we need to get our work done efficiently. The 5th Main road is always full of life, with shops and people moving about constantly. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking, so most of us just use public transport or walk. Inside, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We aren't constantly being monitored by some big boss; we just know our roles and we do them. There’s a lot of respect between the people working here. We share snacks and talk about our lives outside of work. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't have a mission statement or any of that marketing stuff. We just believe in showing up and doing a decent job. The space might be a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of paperwork, but we make it work. It’s just how things are at our Rajajinagar branch.
