We are located at C 4 Maruthi Krupa Apartments on 6th Cross in Kaggadaspura. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd, being in an apartment building, but it works for us. Bangalore is full of these kinds of setups where work and life kind of blend together. We’re in C V Raman Nagar, so it’s a bit away from the main tech parks, which is a relief when it comes to traffic. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and cables. We spend our time working on financial software, mostly dealing with the technical side of things that people don't usually see. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make do. There’s a kitchen where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or a security desk with a badge scanner; it’s more about just knowing your way around the building. Residents in the other apartments know us as the software folks who stay late. It’s a quiet life here, focused on getting the job done without any extra fluff. We’ve been in this Kaggadaspura spot for a while and it suits our style just fine. No one here bothers with suits; we just wear what’s comfortable.
