Optical Fusion Software Services I

Being in BTM Layout Stage II means dealing with the 26th Main traffic every single day. We are located at 856 and it’s a pretty standard office setup. We started Optical Fusion Software Services because we wanted to work on our own stuff. It wasn't always easy. In the beginning, there were just three of us and a few old laptops. Now we have more people but the vibe is still basically the same. We spend a lot of time coding and drinking coffee from the small stall down the road. Bangalore is full of software companies but we like our little corner here. The office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once. We don't have those fancy lounge areas you see in big tech parks. Just desks, chairs, and a lot of wires everywhere. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. It gives us a chance to stretch. We handle different kinds of software projects. It’s mostly just sitting and solving problems all day. We try to keep things quiet so people can focus. Usually, we head out late because things always take longer than planned. BTM has plenty of places to eat so we often grab dinner together after finishing a big chunk of work. It’s not a flashy place, just where we do our jobs. We like the autonomy here and having our own space.
