If you are looking for us, we are right on Magadi Road in Bangalore, specifically at number 88 22. It’s directly opposite the Syndicate Bank, so that is usually the easiest way to tell people where to go. Magadi Road is always busy, there is a lot of dust and noise from the traffic, but we are used to it by now. Oneness Infratech deals with a lot of construction and infrastructure things, so being in a gritty part of town actually feels right. Our office is functional, with some old chairs and tables and a lot of maps and site plans rolled up in the corners. We don't spend much time making the place look pretty because we are usually out at sites or busy on the phone. The team is just a handful of people who have been in this industry for years. We know how hard it is to get things built in this city. Every morning we start with a quick chat about the day's schedule while the tea is still hot. It’s not a fancy setup with air conditioning that works all the time, but we get by. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit on the porch for a bit. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they saw our sign while waiting in traffic or they know someone who worked with us before. We just do the job.
