Omega Food Court

Omega Food Court has been sitting here at Koramangala Sanskar Park Society 480 for a while now. Most days it gets pretty loud around noon when the office crowd starts coming in. We have several different counters going at once. One guy is tossing parathas while another is busy with the juice machine. It’s a lot of work keeping everything stocked. The tables are usually full by one o'clock, and we spend most of the afternoon just wiping down surfaces and clearing away empty plates. Koramangala is always busy, so there is never really a quiet moment until late evening. The kitchen stays hot because of all the different stoves running at the same time. We try to keep things moving so people don’t have to wait too long for their lunch. Sometimes the delivery drivers are crowded by the door, and we have to tell them to move a bit so customers can get through. We just focus on getting the food out and making sure the floors are clean at the end of the night. It’s not a fancy place, but it gets the job done for the people living and working around Sanskar Park. Most of us have been working here together for a couple of years. We know the regulars who come in every Tuesday for their specific meal. It’s just a normal part of the day for us here, nothing more.
