Om Shanthi Water Supply

We are located in Banashankari 2nd Stage, specifically near the 125 Ring Road and Naranpura 20/3. Being near the Ring Road means it is always noisy with the sound of cars and buses passing by at all hours of the day and night. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now. It's a convenient place for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a small room for the desk and a lot of space for the equipment and the water storage containers. It gets a bit hectic during the peak season when everyone wants their supply at the same time. We are usually up and running before the sun even comes out. My cousin helps me out with the deliveries, and we have one other person who stays back to handle the phone calls. The building is just a standard concrete structure, nothing to look at twice. We don't bother with fancy signs or advertisements. People mostly find us through word of mouth or just by seeing us around the neighborhood. Sometimes the traffic is so bad that we get stuck for an hour just trying to turn onto the main road. But that is just part of living in this city. We take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving as best as we can.
