Om Academy

You can find Om Academy over at Hegganahalli Cross. We are located at No. 19 on the first floor, right above Chamundeshwari Motors. If you are looking for a landmark, we are directly opposite the Five Star Chicken. It is a busy intersection and there is always a lot of noise from the vehicles and the shops nearby. The academy is a simple setup. We have some chairs, tables, and a few boards for writing on. We are not trying to be a high-end institution with a bunch of rules. We just wanted to create a place where people in Hegganahalli could come to learn something new without having to travel all the way into the city center. The afternoon heat can be a bit much, but we have some fans that keep things moving. Starting out, we only had a couple of students and slowly more people started showing up. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just sees our sign while they are getting chicken across the street or fixing their bike downstairs. We are just regular people running a small business. We deal with the same daily struggles as everyone else in Bangalore, like the rain or the traffic. It is a practical place for practical learning. There is no big mission statement here, we just show up every day and do our best for whoever walks through our door.
