Ogara Spices

Our little shop, Ogara Spices, is tucked away on 18th Cross in Malleshwaram. It’s one of those parts of town where things haven't changed much over the years. We’ve got shelves lined with different containers, and the whole place has a very specific scent that sticks to your clothes. Usually, one of us is in the back handling the grinding or sorting through a new batch of whole spices that just arrived. It’s not a huge operation, so things can get a bit cramped when we have more than a few people inside at once. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the regulars who live around Malleshwaram. They know exactly what they want, and we know where everything is kept. The wooden counters have seen better days, and the lighting is a bit dim in the corners, but it feels like home to us. We try to keep things simple and honest. There’s no big marketing plan here, just the daily task of filling orders and making sure the bins are topped up. 18th Cross is a nice street, and we like being part of the neighborhood. Sometimes the rain leaks in a little near the front door if it’s heavy, so we keep a bucket handy. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us, nothing more and nothing less. We just focus on getting the work done right here in our corner of the city. We keep a simple routine that gets us through the week.
