The office is tucked away in Koramangala 4th Block, inside the Mantri Classic building at unit C006. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic gets around here, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days working on financial software stuff for banks and other companies that need to keep their numbers straight. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at screens. Most of us have been here long enough that we know where to get the best chai just down the street. It isn’t a fancy setup, just a regular workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and try to make sure the systems don't crash. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but the view from the window isn't too bad on a clear day. We handle a lot of data and code, which sounds more complicated than it feels when you're just doing it day in and day out. The area is full of other tech people, so you see the same faces at lunch. We don't really go for big speeches or anything like that. Most of our energy goes toward the software tasks we have for the week and trying to get things done right. It’s pretty straightforward work. Living and working in Karnataka means we deal with the rain and the heat, but the office stays fairly cool. It’s a decent place to spend the workday and get things finished.
