Novel Team

Our group, the Novel Team, is based out of 201 Bydrahalli. It’s over by the Vishwaneedum post in Bangalore 91. It’s not in the very center of the city, which is actually kind of nice because it’s a little less chaotic than the main hubs. We’ve got a small setup here where we get together and work on our projects. It’s a simple space with enough room for everyone to sit and do their bit. We started this team because we all had different skills that seemed to fit together well. Most days are spent working through tasks and chatting about how to fix whatever issue popped up that morning. We don’t have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us. Sometimes the internet acts up or we run out of coffee, but we manage to keep things moving. People often ask what we do exactly, and it’s a bit of everything depending on the day. We focus on being reliable and showing up when we say we will. The area around Bydrahalli is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening outside our windows. We like it here. It feels like a real place where people are actually working. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually there from morning until the evening, just getting through the work we have lined up for the week. No bells or whistles, just the team doing our thing.
