We are based on the first floor of the Madavam building here in Kaggadaspura. If you know Bangalore, you know how the traffic gets around CV Raman Nagar, so we usually get in early to avoid the worst of it. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a few computers where we try to help people find jobs that aren't in the tech sector. It’s funny because everyone thinks Bangalore is only about coding, but there are so many other roles out there. We spend our time talking to candidates and looking through resumes. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound but we’ve gotten used to it over the months. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when a few people show up at once for a chat. We usually have some tea from the stall downstairs around four in the afternoon. It’s a small team, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The street outside is always noisy with bikes and cars, but inside we just focus on the paperwork. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where work gets done. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails from people looking for a change in their career path. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels more like a real community than the big IT parks.
