Nksst Masala

We are based over in Kadugondanahalli at number 84-7-26 in T Colony. It is a busy little area and we have been working out of this spot for a good while now. Nksst Masala is mostly just us grinding and packing spices throughout the day. The air inside the shop always smells like turmeric and chili, which makes us sneeze sometimes if we aren't careful. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big team or anything corporate like that. Just a few of us making sure the masala is ground properly and put into the right bags. T Colony is a nice place to be, though the roads get a bit muddy when it rains. We usually start our machines early in the morning before it gets too hot in the afternoon. People from around the neighborhood stop by to see what we are doing or just to chat for a minute. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and the name on the door. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy sacks of raw spices and moving them around the small floor space. Sometimes we run out of tape for the boxes or the power goes out, but we just manage. We like being part of the local community here. It’s not a fancy business, but it keeps us busy and we know our neighbors well. That's about all there is to say.
