Niraj Kumar For Home Tuition is centered around our office at number 10, 13th Cross in Msr Nagar. This is in the Mathikere area of Bangalore, quite near the Shridi Sai Hospital. While a lot of the work happens at the students' homes, this is where we coordinate everything from. It’s a small, quiet setup in a residential part of the neighborhood. A big storefront with flashing lights isn't our style. It’s just an ordinary house where we keep our books and records. Usually, I’m the one answering the phone or sitting at the desk trying to figure out the week's schedule. The streets around here are a bit narrow, but it’s a peaceful spot compared to the main roads. Having worked in this area for a long time, we know most of the shortcuts and the local schools. The office is mostly just filled with stacks of paper and old textbooks. It’s not a fancy corporate environment by any means. It’s just a place where we organize help for students who need it. Sometimes parents come by to talk about their children's progress, and we just sit in the front room and chat about what needs to be done. It’s very informal and low-key. We just focus on making sure the tutors get to where they need to be on time. It’s a simple way of working that seems to suit the families around here.
