Nipccd

Our office is tucked away at D 2 in the Nipccd Campus, which is No 18 in New Town Yelhanka. Being in this part of Bangalore is a bit different from the crowded city center because it’s a little more spread out. We spend most of our time here working on training programs and different community projects. The campus itself is a mix of old buildings and some greenery, which makes for a decent place to spend the day. We have various people coming in throughout the week for meetings or to attend the sessions we organize. It’s a lot of administrative work, honestly. We keep track of schedules, print out materials, and make sure the meeting rooms are ready. The staff here has been together for a good bit, so we just get on with things without much fuss. You might see some of us walking to the canteen for a quick tea in the afternoon. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It feels more like a school or a government office. We deal with a lot of paperwork related to social welfare and child development. Sometimes the traffic in Yelhanka can be a bit of a mess if you're trying to get here from the airport side, but once you're inside the campus, it's fairly quiet. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to stay organized with all the different programs we have running at any given time.
