You can find us at the Total Mall Commercial Complex on Hosur Main Road in Madivala. It’s a very busy area, and the traffic outside is almost always backed up. Being in a commercial complex like this means there are people around all the time. Our shop, number 11, is right in the middle of all that action. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time dealing with the crowds that come through the mall. It gets especially hectic on the weekends when families are out shopping. We try to keep things organized, but honestly, with so many people coming in and out, the displays usually look a bit messy by the end of the day. The noise from the main road never really stops, even when the mall doors are shut. We’ve seen a lot of other shops come and go in this complex, but we’ve managed to stay put. Most of our time is spent talking to customers or checking the inventory in the back room. It’s a lot of standing on your feet, so we’re usually pretty tired by closing time. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us doing the daily work. We like being in Madivala because there’s always something happening. It keeps us on our toes, even if it is a bit exhausting sometimes.
