New Sagar Food Line Restaurant

We are situated in the Devsandra area, right on New Bel Road. This part of Bangalore is always moving, with lots of students and office workers walking up and down all day long. Our restaurant is a simple spot where we’ve got some basic seating and a kitchen that stays busy from the morning until the late evening. The noise from New Bel Road is constant, but you get used to it after a few days of working here. We have a long counter where people place their orders, and sometimes the queue gets out the door during the lunch hour. The floor is made of that dark stone that stays cool even when it’s hot outside. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything—cooking, cleaning, and taking the money at the till. The menus are just printed on paper and taped to the wall because things change based on what we get from the market each day. It’s a bit of a squeeze when the place is full, but people don't seem to mind rubbing elbows while they eat. We spend our evenings scrubbing down the stoves and prepping for the next day. It’s not the kind of place where you come for a fancy night out, but it’s a good spot to get a meal if you’re in the neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the work, making sure the food is ready when people come in hungry and tired.
