New Popular Hair Dresser is located at 198, on 9th C Main in Vijayanagar. If you know the area, we are right on the Pipeline Road side of things. It is a very busy spot with lots of shops and people walking by at all hours. Our shop is quite traditional. We have the big old-fashioned chairs that are actually very comfortable once you sit down. The mirrors have a few spots on them from age, but they show everything clearly enough. We have been here for a long time and have seen Vijayanagar change quite a bit over the years. The Pipeline Road always has some construction or traffic, but inside the shop, things are usually calm. We do simple haircuts and shaves for the men around here in Bangalore 560040. We use a lot of talcum powder and it usually smells like that inside. There is a small bench for people to wait their turn, and we usually have a local newspaper lying around for them to read. We don't do any of that fancy styling with gels and sprays unless someone really insists. Most of our customers just want to look neat for their jobs or for a family event. We open early in the morning and stay open until late evening. It is a simple way to make a living and we know most of the faces that walk in through our door.
