New Heavenly Bliss Men is located at number 45 on 8th main, 15th cross in Malleswaram. This is a very busy part of the city, and we are situated near the Coffee Day. You can often smell the coffee roasting when the wind blows the right way. Our shop is strictly for men. It’s a basic place where you come for a haircut or a shave. We have the usual swivel chairs that have been used by many people over the years. The walls are a bit plain, maybe a few pictures of different styles here and there. Malleswaram has a certain old-Bangalore feel that we like. Our customers are mostly guys from the nearby streets or people working in the shops around here. Sometimes it gets crowded and people have to wait on the bench outside or lean against the wall inside. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. It’s just a shop. The tools we use are the ones we trust, nothing too modern or digital. We keep the fans running at full speed because it gets hot in the afternoons. Sometimes we have a small TV on, but mostly it's just the sound of the street and the clinking of the tools. We’ve been here at this 15th cross spot for a while now. It’s a predictable job, and we know exactly how the day will go once we open the shutters in the morning. It's just a job we do.
