New Bharath Cicken Corner. Benson Town 41334 is where we do our thing. It’s a lively neighborhood and we’re right in the middle of it. Most of the day is spent prep work, getting everything ready for when the hunger hits people in the evening. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially when the grills are going full blast. You can smell the smoke and the spices from the end of the road. We’ve got a small team here, just some friends and family mostly. We don’t have much in the way of seating, but people don’t seem to mind waiting around on the sidewalk. It gets really crowded on Friday nights. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than we expect. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now and we know the regulars who come by every week. It’s a lot of hard work, being on your feet all day and night. My apron is never clean for more than five minutes. We just keep our heads down and keep cooking. There’s always someone coming in with a story to tell while they wait for their order. It’s a good atmosphere, even if it’s a bit messy sometimes. We just do what we do and hope people leave full and happy. It's nothing fancy, just a small corner shop that keeps us busy from afternoon until the late night hours when the streets finally go quiet.
