New Baldwin Residential School

New Baldwin Residential School is found at No. 25 on the Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road in Banaswadi. Since it is a residential school, it is a bit different from your average day school in the city. The students actually live here with us, so the campus is always active from morning until night. We have the dormitories where they sleep and the dining hall where they eat their meals together every day. It’s a busy life for the kids and the staff who stay here. The location is right on the main road, so you can always hear the traffic of Bangalore going by outside the gates. But inside our walls, we have our own little world. We don't use any fancy marketing talk about our goals or missions. We just make sure the students follow their schedule, do their homework, and stay healthy. The rooms are basic but they have what is needed for a student. We spend a lot of time together, so the teachers and the students get to know each other quite well over the months. It feels more like a big household than a corporate institution most of the time. We handle everything from the morning wake-up calls to the lights-out at night. It’s a lot of work to manage a residential place, but we have been doing it for a while now. We just focus on the daily routine and making sure everyone is where they should be.
