New Alankar Beauty Centre

New Alankar Beauty Centre is located at No.14 on 12th Cross, R T Street. This is right in the Bvk Iyengar Road area, near the Abhinaya Theatre. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know how crowded and busy it gets. There is always someone shouting or a horn honking outside. Our shop is right in the middle of all that action. It is a small place but it has a lot of character. We have been here through many seasons. People come in to get away from the heat or the rain for a bit while they wait for their turn. Being near the theatre means we get a lot of foot traffic. Some people come in before they go to watch a movie. The shop is simple, with mirrors that have been on the walls for a long time. We keep the scissors sharp and the towels clean. That is the main thing. It is very busy on the weekends because of the market nearby. You have to be patient if you come on a Sunday. We don't have any fancy decorations. Just the chairs and the tools of the trade. R T Street is a fast place, but inside the shop, we try to take our time to do things right. It is just a local business in a very old part of town and we like it that way.
