We are located over at B-301 in Raheja Park. It’s right on the Main Magadi Road in A.Dasarahalli. If you’ve ever been to this part of Bangalore, you know it’s got its own rhythm. The building is a bit older, but it’s sturdy. We’ve got a view of the road from our floor, which is mostly just watching the traffic crawl along. Inside Necx, things are pretty straightforward. We have a few rooms filled with computers and some old filing cabinets that have been there since we moved in. It isn't a high-end corporate space, just a regular office where we get things done. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we don't really need to explain much to each other anymore. We usually eat lunch together at a small table in the back. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but that’s just life in Dasarahalli. We don’t have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home when the sun goes down. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the backup kicks in. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We’re just a local company trying to stay on top of our daily goals without any extra drama or complicated management layers.
