Ncl Industries Ltd is based out of the Unity Building over in the Sunka Reddy Compound on Begur Road. If you know Bangalore City, you know how traffic can get around there, but it’s a central spot for what we do. We deal with a lot of construction-related stuff, like cement and boards and those kinds of things that go into making a house or a commercial space. Most of the guys here spend their time on the phone with sites or checking inventory. It’s a busy place, usually filled with the sound of people talking over each other and the hum of the air conditioning. We aren’t trying to be anything we’re not; we just supply the materials that builders need. The office in the Unity Building is where all the planning happens. It’s got that lived-in feel, with stacks of paper and samples of products lying around on the tables. Begur Road has a lot of activity, and we’re right in the thick of it. We’ve been operating from this compound for a while now. It’s a straightforward setup. We focus on the orders and making sure the supply chain doesn’t break down. It’s dusty work sometimes, depending on what’s being moved, but it keeps us busy. People know us as the local spot for these industrial needs. We just try to keep things running smoothly without making a big fuss about it. The commute is usually the hardest part of the day for most of us.
