We are based in Bangalore, specifically at Flat B 1 in Cosy Homes. It’s located on the Kaggadasspura Main Road in the C V Raman Nagar area. The post office is Bangalore 93. Being on the main road means there is always traffic, and we can hear the honking from our desks. The office itself is inside a residential complex, so it feels very homey. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of air when the work gets a bit heavy. Inside, it’s a bit of a squeeze with all the desks and the printer that always seems to jam. Naukri Com here is just a small group of us. We spend a lot of time on the phone, talking to employers and people looking for jobs. The carpet is a bit worn out near the entrance, and the walls have some marks where we moved the desks around last year. It’s a practical space. We don't have a big lobby or a sign outside that flashes. You just have to know which flat we are in. Kaggadasspura is a busy area with lots of shops, so we never run out of options for lunch. It’s just a normal job in a normal part of Bangalore. We keep things simple and try not to get too stressed when the internet slows down.
