We are located in Noida, though the address says "No Dia" which is just a mistake someone made once. It’s Sector 10, building A108. Noida is full of offices, and ours is one of the many. We do tech work, which means a lot of hours sitting in front of screens. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a standard block. Inside, we have our desks, some whiteboards with scribbles on them, and a lot of empty coffee cups. We’ve been in this sector for a few years now. The roads around here get really crowded during the evening, so we usually hang around the office a bit late to let the traffic clear up. We don’t have a big HR department or a floor manager. We just manage ourselves. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, as long as the work gets done. Sometimes we order food in and eat at our desks. We aren't a massive firm. It’s just a handful of us who know how to code and fix things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to finish by Friday. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the fact that we can just focus on the tasks without having to deal with too many meetings. The office is a bit chilly in the winter because the windows aren't sealed that well, so we all wear sweaters. It's just a regular place.
