Our office is based at B-48 in Yeshwantpur, right on the 2nd Cross. We have been working in this area for several years now, focusing on the heavy lifting of moving houses and offices. It is a tough job that starts early in the morning when we get the trucks ready. Being near the D D U T T L area means we have to deal with a lot of industrial traffic, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days wrapping furniture in old blankets and packing kitchen items into cardboard boxes. It is not always easy, especially when there are no elevators and we have to carry a fridge down three flights of stairs. We just take it slow and make sure nothing gets broken. Our crew is small but they have been doing this for a long time. We don't have any fancy tracking systems, just a clipboard and a phone to stay in touch with the drivers. Yeshwantpur is a noisy place, and the 2nd Cross is often blocked by other delivery vehicles. We just find a way to park and get the job done. Most people who call us are moving within the city or just a few blocks away. We try to be helpful and keep the stress levels down for the families we work for. It is just basic labor, packing, and driving. We are here every day except Sundays usually to help out with any move.
