Nandi Food Products

We are located at 1419-A on the 80 Feet Road in Rajajinagar, just west of Chord Road. It’s a busy spot to be in. Our daily routine involves a lot of cooking and packing. You can usually smell what we’re making from a block away, which is either a good thing or a bad thing depending on the day. We make a variety of food items that go out to local stores around the city. It’s a lot of manual labor, stirring big pots and making sure the packaging is sealed tight. We have a small kitchen area and a place where we store the finished goods. It’s not a huge factory. It’s more of a local operation where everyone knows each other. We use recipes that haven't changed much over the years. We don't use fancy machines for everything; a lot of it is still done by hand because that’s how we’ve always done it. The floor can get a bit sticky, but we clean it every evening before we head home. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on making things that taste like they should. Sometimes the supply of ingredients is late, and we have to adjust our schedule. That’s just the way it goes with food. We like being in Rajajinagar. It’s a good neighborhood with people who appreciate simple, local products and fresh snacks made the right way.
