Over at Door No.-44/1 in the Fair Field Layout, you will find Nandi Cement Pvt. Ltd. We are right on Race Course Road, which is a fairly well-known spot in this area. Unlike some of the smaller shops, we have a bit more of a structured setup here, but it still feels like a local operation. The office is where most of the coordination happens, but the real heart of it is the cement distribution. We deal with a lot of bags moving through here every week. The Race Course Road traffic is always buzzing outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly just us looking over orders and making sure the loaders know where to go. The floor is usually covered in a thin layer of grey dust, no matter how much we sweep it. It’s just the nature of the cement business. We have some chairs for visitors, but mostly people are in a hurry to get their supplies and get back to their sites. The layout here is pretty quiet compared to the main road, which is nice when we need to think. We don't do much marketing or anything like that; people just know we are here and they come when they need cement. It is a straightforward business, really. We handle the paperwork and the heavy bags, and the days go by pretty quick.
