Nancy Industries

Nancy Industries is tucked away in the Kiran Building over in Medarpet, Jalahalli West. It’s a typical workspace where we do our daily manufacturing tasks. The building isn't new but it suits what we need. We have our machines set up and there is a specific rhythm to how we do things here. Usually, we arrive early to get everything started before the sun gets too high. The space can feel a bit small when we have a lot of stock piled up. We’ve been in this part of Jalahalli for a bit now and we know the other people in the building. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main roads. Inside, you’ll find us busy with whatever the day's order is. We don't use any fancy management systems. Just a lot of hands-on work and keeping an eye on the output. There are times when a machine breaks down and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. It's just part of running a small industry. We try to keep the place organized but with all the materials coming in, it gets messy fast. Coffee breaks happen near the window where there's a bit of a breeze. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. Most people just know the Kiran Building and find us that way. It’s a basic, honest living for everyone working here, and we just keep it moving daily.
