Automac Precision Turners And Engineers is located over in Doddakallasandra, specifically at Building Number No. 13 in the G. J. Industrial Estate. We are pretty close to Kumaran School, which makes it easier for people to find us since the industrial estate can be a bit confusing if you aren’t used to the layout. The shop floor is usually a mess of metal shavings and oil, but that is just part of being engineers and turners. We’ve been at this address for a long time, and the building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose for the heavy machines we use. There is always a lot of noise coming from the lathes and other equipment. It isn't a quiet place to work. Sometimes we’re here late trying to finish up a batch of parts for a client. People call us up or just drop by the estate when they need something turned or engineered. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a handful of us making sure the specs are met. The traffic around the school can get a bit heavy in the afternoons, so we usually try to time our deliveries around that. It is a solid, practical workspace where we focus on the metalwork. We don't spend much time on decorations or office comforts. As long as the machines are running, we are doing alright.
