You can find us at C-13 in the Rajajinagar Industrial Town, out near Nelamangala. We’re right by the Sub Registrar Office, which makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. Being in an industrial town means the environment is always a bit gritty. There’s dust from the road and the sound of machines from the neighboring units. Our own workshop is quite loud when we are in the middle of a job. It’s not a place for suits or polished shoes. We wear heavy boots and get our hands dirty every single day. We’ve been operating here for a long time. The office is just a tiny partitioned area with a desk that’s seen better days. We don't have a website or a fancy logo. We just do the work that comes our way. Sometimes the supply of materials is late, and we have to adjust our schedule, which is frustrating but part of the trade. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for years. We know each other's families and how we all work together. It’s a very local, hands-on operation. We don't have big corporate meetings. We just talk over tea in the mornings about what needs to be finished. It’s a simple life, focused on making things and keeping the business going in Nelamangala. We have our routines and we stick to them because they work for us. It’s just how things are done here.
