Advith Industries

Peenya Industrial Area is a loud place to be. We are over at B/150 on the 5th Main in the 2nd stage. If you walk around here, you hear the sound of metal and machines all day long. Advith Industries is right in the middle of all that. Our space is mostly a workshop and a small area for the desk work. There is always dust in the air from the nearby factories, and the trucks are constantly moving in and out of the narrow lanes. We do manufacturing work, so there is always grease or some kind of material being moved around. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of use. It isn't a place for fancy clothes. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high because the tin roof makes it warm inside. Most of our guys have been working these machines for years. We talk about the work while we have our tea near the entrance. Sometimes we have to stay late if a big order needs to be finished, but usually, we wrap up when the sun goes down. The 5th Main road is always a bit of a mess with traffic, but we are used to it by now. We focus on the parts we make and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. It is hard work but it keeps us going every day. You get used to the noise and the grit after a while.
