Naman International

Our office for Naman International is located in Chamrajpet on P L Kale Marg, right near Ranade Road. It’s an old part of the city with a lot of character. We work out of a building that has seen better days, but it suits us just fine. We handle a lot of international trade stuff, which involves heaps of paperwork and constant phone calls. Most of our space is taken up by filing cabinets and boxes that are waiting to be sent out. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or modern art. We have a couple of old fans that creak while they spin. The area around Ranade Road is always bustling with small shops and wholesalers. We usually start early before the sun gets too hot. My desk is covered in sticky notes and old ledgers. We deal with various vendors and logistics people all day. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking numbers. Sometimes there are delays at the port or with the trucks, and those are stressful days. We take our lunch at the same time every day at a small eatery nearby. The work is mostly repetitive, but it keeps us on our toes. We’ve been in Chamrajpet for a long time and know most of the other business owners on the block. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as it comes.
