We have a small area where we keep our bags and coats. The walls are a plain off-white color and we haven't really put much up on them. We focus on the work itself rather than having a stylish office. Most of us have been working together for a while, so there is a familiar vibe in the room. We don't have big corporate meetings. Usually, we just talk across the desks if something needs to be fixed. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We show up in the morning, do our bits, and head out when the sun starts to go down. The local tea shop nearby is where we usually go when we need a break.
