N T C Engineering Services Pvt Ltd is situated at number 53 in the J C Industrial Estate. You can find us on Bikashipura Main Road in the Yelachenahalli area. This part of town is very industrial, so there are lots of workshops and warehouses nearby. We do engineering services, which means our floor is usually messy with metal scraps and various tools. It’s not a place where you’d wear a suit. We’ve been in this specific unit for quite a while now. The commute on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours, but we’re used to it. Our setup is very basic. We have the machines we need and a small corner for office work. There isn't any fancy decor or air conditioning in the main work area. We just focus on the engineering tasks that come our way. Most of the people working here have been with us since we started. We know the other business owners in the estate and sometimes borrow tools from each other. It’s a hard-working environment. We don't bother with missions or visions. We just take the drawings or the parts and do what needs to be done. It’s honest labor and we’re happy to be part of the local industrial community here. We don't have a big corporate structure, just a team that gets the job done every day.
